PLEASE TAKE NOTICE a special meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday November 13th, 2024, at 5pm in the Whitney Room. It is anticipated that a motion will occur to enter executive session to discuss matters leading up to the appointment/employment of a particular person. The meeting will take place at 74 Genesee Street, Avon, New York.

On December 16, 2021, the federal Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) went into effect. The revised rule requires every federally defined community and non-transient, non-community water system to develop a service line inventory (also called a lead service line inventory (LSLI). Part of the requirements for the new rule is to make the inventory available to the public. You may request an electronic copy of the inventory by emailing waterservicequestions@village.avon-ny.org, or you may see a printed copy at the Village Hall located at 74 Genesee St. Avon NY 14414.
